They took my dog in as an emergency when his vet could not see him. Unfortunately, when they examined him, his prognosis was grave, and he had to be euthanized that night. They were extremely patient and compassionate with me and waited for my family members to arrive to say their goodbyes. We stayed beyond closing time to allow us to say goodbye, as it was not expected. I am very grateful to them for allowing us the time to say goodbye to our beautiful boy.

I have a dog with anxiety; she is huge, loud, and obnoxious when she sees other dogs. They are excellent with her. I have never been mistreated or spoken down to by any of the staff; they are affordable and patiently answer all my questions regarding her care and behavior. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. You can tell they love your furry friends almost as much as you do and are invested in the health and well-being of your family.

My usual vet isn’t open after hours, so when I thought my beagle had had a stroke, I called Berkshire Vet. They could take a look at her immediately and determined it was probably a vestibular issue, not a stroke, and suggested otc meds for us in case it happened again. My beagle is 15 years old and part of the family, so I’m glad they were able to check her out that night.
