Really kind. To my understanding it’s the only veterinary clinic open 24 hours in the area so they are much more responsive to emergency treatments, and do their work very professionally

They were friendly and courteous. I will definitely bring my dog back. Obviously the prices are still outrages but we always have to be prepared for our animals as we are for our self’s because at the end we are their caregivers.

I was very happy with our experience at Berkshire Vet. Our dog thought meeting a porqupine would be fun (not so much). They walked us through the process before and after. Everyone was very professional. I especially appreciate their service as they aren’t our regular Vet.

Always seems to be an emergency when we have to attend. They’re very accommodating, get us in quickly, provide exceptional care. Sparky loves people and is always excited to go. It’s obvious that they have a love of animals, and always provide exceptional care….very personable, too!

Called for emergency service for our cat. Phone was answered immediately and they were able to see our cat within a few hours after an initial triage to make sure she was stable. The service and care was truly extraordinary. I would highly recommend this vet.
